Rapid Green Multi-purpose can, of course, be used with success in shady areas, but for gardeners with a real shade problem then Rapid Green for Shady Lawns is the one to choose. New breeding work has produced a lawn seed blend capable of thriving in those all too common difficult areas. Rapid Green for Shady Lawns is available in the following sizes: 150gm Patch Pack to revive and repair an area of 6 sq metres & 500gm Pack to repair an area of 20 sq metres or sow 14 sq metres of new lawn.

Create new lawns from tired old ones, or luxurious new ones using grass seed from Rapid Green, the fast way to a beautiful lawn. Rapid Green has been specially developed by Suttons and comes packed in unique re-sealable bags for easy storage.

Rapid Establishment: Rapid Green is coated with a special seaweed extract containing natural plant stimulants which encourage faster germination and root formation and subsequent establishment.
Low Maintenance: Although formulated for fast establishment, the varieties used in Rapid Green lawn seed are low growing and therefore the frequency of mowing is reduced.
Multi-purpose: New developments in plant breeding by the Suttons Group have led to the production of 'fine-leaved' rye-grass seed varieties which have the twin virtues of combining a luxurious appearance with real hard-wearing qualities. Highland Bent and Fescue grasses are added to give a spreading growth habit and fill in troublesome areas faster. Thus Rapid Green can be used to seed both front and back lawns.
